* Why are we swimming against lifetime?
Arden and Lifetime are both tiny teams (each less than 50 swimmers) so they compete in tri-meets against another team
* Running Late?
Please email me back or text/call a friend if you are running late on Saturday morning. Kids will be scratched from the meet just after 7am in hopes of starting in a timely fashion.

7/14 Family Relays @ 5:10pm
Please bring the whole family for some fun relays!
My hope is to have swim-a-thon awards to hand out at the event.
